All products purchased during the 2022 Summer Archive Event are final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded. Due to high demand shipping times may be longer than expected.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

All orders will be shipped using USPS and we charge a flat rate for all shipments.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Orders placed before 12 P.M. PST on Monday - Friday will typically ship in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email when your order has beeb shipped.  At this time we can not offer expedited shipping. 

Please note shipping times may be longer during the 2022 Archive Event.

What size should I order?

Most of our products have a relaxed, true to size fit. Order your regular size.

Care & Repair

How should I wash my clothing?

Typical Washing Instructions (Consult care label for exact instructions)

Machine wash cold, inside out (Best for the environment too!)
Tumble dry low, inside out
Do not use bleach
Do not dry clean
Do not iron

Not all of our items follow these instructions. Be sure to check your tag for exact instructions and also for spare buttons on most knits, woven shirts and pants.

ORDER ISSUES

Why haven't I received an order confirmation e-mail or a shipping notification e-mail?

Order notifications should come within 15 minutes of placing your order. Shipping e-mails come from UPS and should arrive that same day if your order was placed before 2 P.M. Pacific time on Monday - Friday.
If you haven't received one or both of these e-mails:

1. Check your account info by clicking here to make sure your e-mail address is correct and typo-free.
2. Check your junk e-mail folder to make sure the notifications were not filtered as spam.

If neither of these solutions work, please email us at venicestore@toporanch.com and we will confirm your order and send you your shipment's tracking code. 

Why is there a billing address error even though my information is correct?

The most frequent problem that usually occurs, especially when using auto-fill tools from your browser, comes when your billing address gets entered into Address Line 2 rather than Address Line 1. Check to see if this is the case and make the change if necessary. 

My credit card and billing information are entered correctly, and there should be no problems with my card but I keep getting declined... why?

Usually, we do not know why. If there is not a billing address or ccv code mismatch, then the decline is coming from your bank. Either try a different card or call the number on the back of your credit card and they will fix the problem. 

I have fixed all my information, called my bank, and tried everything you've suggested and I STILL can't get my order to go through. What can I do?

Why can't I add items to my shopping cart?

Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser. They are used to remember items that you put in your cart while you continue to shop. 

 

 USER ACCOUNTS

Any information you provide when you sign up for an account at Topo Ranch will be securely stored on our server. This information will never be disclosed to any third parties and will be used to provide convenience to our returning customers. We may use your email or phone number to contact you in case of any order or shipping concerns. If you keep the "Ok to email" radio button checked, then you will also be added to our Ranch Rustler weekly emailer. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link on the bottom of the email or by emailing us at venicestore@toporanch.com.
